Constructive Conflict Clinic
To be human is to have tension, stress, and conflict. And it’s equally human to want to transform this into satisfaction and well-being.
The Constructive Conflict Clinic offers a series of 90-minute experiential learning sessions to help individuals recognize stress, cope with it, and even stay calm in tense moments. These can be growth opportunities that lead to insight, connection, and contentment.
Workshops in the Constructive Conflict Clinic include

power of the pause
Learn to slow things down and take a beat when things start spinning out of control.

Listening without boundaries
Practice the most challenging human connection skill of all—listening. Take the first step to give full attention to someone else, while putting them at ease to open up.

mirror the moment
Explore and practice an uncomplicated technique to acknowledge the other person and build understanding of a challenging situation.

my compass of conflict
Discover your approach to conflict. Reflect on how you respond in tense situations. Determine what will help you connect, find your way through, and create balance.
More on the Constructive Conflict Clinic
Each workshop begins with a connection opportunity, some input on the topic of the Constructive Conflict Clinic, examples of how the practice works, and opportunity to practice and apply it to your situation.
All sessions are experiential—we learn by doing, which means moving, reflecting, and practicing. It all comes with a dose of laughter and taking ourselves lightly.
